As can be seen from the foregoing summary of skills at our disposal, our consultancy can provide qualified, independent and impartial advice in many subject areas within airline and airport environments in which the client may either have no specialist knowledge, or has limited expertise and manpower. Our expertise can be used to lead activity, provide interim management, or complement existing resources. We are also able to source expertise where this may lie outside our principal areas of competence.
There are organisations in existence that are already providing an aviation security consultancy. Others provide air safety expertise, emergency planning and various contingency planning services. Yet others provide access to specialised aviation skills and/or personnel. However, few, if any, can provide a holistic approach to analysis and solutions in this general field of activity. We believe we have the right skills and a very high-quality group of consultants at our disposal, each of whom has had practical hands-on management experience in the domain in which they specialise. Each consultant has been screened and selected to ensure that they can provide a high-quality contribution to the Gates Aviation Consulting portfolio.
